What this covers

This policy explains what information UkrRentService collects through this website, why, and what your options are. UkrRentService is presently a route-planning reference site — account creation and saved trips are not live yet, so most of this policy describes what will apply once those features launch, alongside what's already true today.

What we collect today

Standard, anonymised web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for basic security and traffic analysis. The contact form on this site does not currently submit anywhere — messages sent through it are not transmitted or stored, by design, until a real backend is in place. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond to it.

Cookies

This site does not currently set marketing or tracking cookies. If analytics or advertising cookies are added in future, this policy will be updated first, and the change will be dated above.

When accounts launch

Once account creation is live, creating an account will require an email address and a password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text). Saved routes and trip preferences will be tied to your account and used only to show you your own saved trips — not shared with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
